A member of the team reads it (no bots, no ticket queue) and replies by email or phone within one working day. If it’s a good fit we’ll book a 20–30 minute call to understand your products, platform and goals, then send a written proposal.
Do you charge for the initial call or proposal?
No. Calls, the free review and the proposal are all free and without obligation.
We’re not in Nottingham — does that matter?
Not at all. Most of our clients are elsewhere in the UK. Everything runs over video calls, email and a shared project board.
Can you take over a site another agency built?
Yes. We regularly inherit Shopify and WordPress sites, audit them, fix the urgent issues (usually payments, speed and compliance) and then improve from there.
