We’re based in Nottingham, but the CBD, cannabis and vape industries aren’t. Our clients are spread from Aberdeen to Brighton, and every service we offer is delivered remotely, to the same standard, wherever you are.
Why location doesn’t matter (and why industry does)
For most agencies, “local” is a selling point. For a CBD or vape brand, it is close to irrelevant: what you need is a partner who knows which payment gateway will approve you, what your product pages are allowed to say, and how to grow without Google Ads. That knowledge is rarer than proximity.
Everything we do — web design, Shopify and ecommerce, payment gateways, SEO, AEO, banner advertising, marketing, reviews and hosting — runs over video calls, email and a shared project board. If you want to visit Nottingham for a coffee, you’re very welcome; nobody has to.

Do you charge travel costs?
No, because we don’t travel unless you ask us to. Everything is delivered remotely as standard.
Can you handle Scotland-, Wales- or NI-specific rules?
Yes. Vape and tobacco regulation is partly devolved and Northern Ireland has its own product and customs nuances post-Brexit; we account for them in content, checkout and shipping setup.
Do you work with businesses outside the UK?
Our focus is the UK, but we do work with EU and international CBD and vape brands selling into the UK, and with UK brands expanding abroad.
